• Mac OSX 10.4 - Connection Dropping or Crashing After xx Minutes
  We have contacted Apple and filed a bug with Apple to hopefully have them resolve the problem. In the meantime, please make sure you have all updates installed as many users have reported this has aliviated issues. • Windows Vista - Unable To Connect
  With Microsoft's release of Windows Vista, many software applications had to be re-written to accomidate the new operating system. Known issues exist with the McAfee Security Suite, Norton Internet Security Suite, and Windows Live and interaction with the Aventail agent.
